摘　　要：为了改变目前人工测定烟煤黏结指数方法的测定过程繁琐、劳动强度大、人为影响因素多,现采用转鼓自动试验方法,实现自动称量、转鼓、放样、取样、计算结果、保存等,可减低劳动强度、提高劳动效率、提高测定结果的准确度、保证人员健康。In order to change the current manual determination method of caking index for bituminous coal of which the measurement process is tedious,labor intensity is big,the artificial influence factor is many. Now,drum automatic test method is adopt to realize automatic weighing,drum,lofting,sampling,calculating,preservation and so on,thus labor intensity is reduced,work efficiency and accuracy of the measurement results are improved,the health of the operators is ensured.
