摘　　要：舞阳八台矿副井提升机原系统采用西门子S7300+S7200系列PLC构成,其通信协议为Profibus-DP。由于系统初期投入时,监控及安全保护单元设计不完善,提升机系统经常出现滑绳、频繁停车等故障,严重影响了矿井的生产,给矿井的工作和安全埋下了极大的隐患。为了解决这一日益突出的问题,对其PLC系统进行了全面升级改造。Wuyang eight sets of mine auxiliary shaft lifting machine system is composed of Siemens S7300 ＋ S7200 series PLC and the communication protocol of Profibus- DP. Due to the initial investment in the system,the monitoring and safety protection unit design is not perfect,the hoist system often appears the fault,such as slip line,frequent parking and so on,seriously affect the mine production,to mine work and safety buried a great hidden trouble. In order to solve this problem,the PLC system has been upgraded.
