浅谈快速判断翻车机靠车液压缸内泄方法

摘　　要：翻车机靠车液压缸內泄,是导致靠车板外伸故障的外部表现。然而,靠车板液压系统存在多缸并联,液控单向阀串联于无杆腔管路中等复杂的特点,故障点判断较为困难。根据多年工作经验,结合液压系统原理分析,对于如何快速判断出液压缸內泄,做出简单阐述。Macroeconomic continues downward,the microeconomic demand is shrinking,the steel industry is showing a low growth,low price,low efficiency,high pressure of the new features. Harsh environment for the survival of the steel industry,forced the enterprises to further promote reform accompanied by security risks. Some preventive measures are put forward by analyzing the security risk caused by the change of maintenance mode in order to achieve the goal of safety maintenance.
