溶血磷脂酸、D-二聚体、IL-6、IL-10检测对早期诊断和预防深静脉血栓的临床意义

摘　　要：目的观察深静脉血栓(DVT)患者血清中溶血磷脂酸(LPA)、D-二聚体(D-Di)、白细胞介素(IL)-6、IL-10的水平及临床意义。方法选取本院收治的DVT患者110例纳入观察组,依据患者病情分为急性期、亚急性和慢性期,另选取健康体检者30例纳入对照组。检测观察组患者治疗前后及对照组研究对象晨起空腹状态下血清LPA、D-Di、IL-6、IL-10水平。结果治疗前观察组患者血清LPA、D-Di和IL-6水平均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。急性期患者血清IL-10水平治疗15天后明显升高,亚急性期患者血清IL-10水平持续降低,慢性期患者血清IL-10水平治疗前后无明显变化。结论血清LPA、D-Di和IL-6水平可作为早期诊断或预警DVT的分子标志物,血清IL-10可能具有抗炎作用,同时也有助于评估患者病情。Objective To observe the clinical significance and plasma levels of lysophosphatidic acid（LPA）, D-dimer（D-Di）, Interleukin（IL）-6 and IL-10 on patients of deep venous thrombosis（DVT）. Method 110 cases of DVT patients in our hospital were included in observation group, according to the patient＇s condition they were divided into acute, subacute and chronic phase, another 30 cases of healthy physical examination were included in control group. Detected of observation group of patients before and after treatment and control group of subjects morning fasting serum LPA, D-Di, IL-6, IL-10. Result Before treatment, the levels of serum LPA, D-Di and IL-6 in observation group were significantly higher than control group（P〈0.05）. The serum level of IL-10 in patients with acute phase was significantly increased after 15 days treatment, serum level of IL-10 in patients with subacute stage decreased continuously, there was no significant change in serum IL-10 level before and after treatment in patients with chronic phase. Conclusion Levels of LPA, D-Di and IL-6 can be as molecular markers in the earlier period of diagnosis and prevention of DVT. IL-10 may has an anti-inflammatory effect, while assess patients＇ statement of DVT.
