摘 要:对当前纳米技术及纸浆模塑家具在社会生活中的发展趋势进行了分析,提出可以将纳米技术引用到纸浆模塑家具当中,来进行系统的研究与实践。简要分析了纳米技术在国内外家具设计中的研究状况,并对纸浆模塑家具的优良特性如环保型、安全性、经济性、时尚性等予以了解析,认为可以利用纳米技术来进行改良纸浆模塑家具性能的研究。通过分析纳米技术对纸浆模塑家具的改良优势,认为将纳米技术引入到纸浆模塑家具产品中是必要且是可行的,认为在未来的消费市场中,纸浆模塑家具产品必将有着极大的市场潜力。同时,对于纸浆模塑家具的不足方面,提出改良原料、改善防水性能、改良外观造型以及改善力学性能等针对性方案。This paper analyzes the development trend of nanotechnology and pulp molding furniture in the social life, and puts forward that applying nanotechnology into the pulp molding furniture can be systematically researched and practiced. It briefly analyzes the research status of nanotechnology in the domestic and international furniture design, and the advantages of pulp molding furniture, such as environment friendly, safety, economical efficiency, fashion, etc. and holds that nanotechnology can by studied on improving the performance of molded pulp furniture. Through analyzing the nanotechnology on improving the performance of molded pulp furniture, it is concluded that it is necessary and feasible to introduce nanotechnology into the paper pulp furniture products. Also targeting at the weakness of pulp molding furniture, a set of scheme can be applied, including improvements in raw materials, waterproof, appearance molding and mechanical property.
