新常态下投资驱动力转换的效率研究——以重庆地区为例

摘　　要：资本配置和资本投入后的实际使用效率两者的共同作用影响着经济的优化发展。本文以重庆地区为例,通过资本配置效率模型和资金使用效率模型,对投资、信贷、经济增长三者之间的关系进行分析。分析结果表明,重庆信贷资源的供给有效引导了社会投资的合理分配,从而促进了产业的优化升级和转型;但对一些重点领域,特别是新经济增长点的投资还有待提高,新增长点潜力有待释放。对此,本文结合重庆当前战略发展规划,就实现经济发展的主动转型和可持续性提出了政策建议。The efficiency of capital allocation and capital utilization determines the efficiency of economic growth.Based on the data of Chongqing,this paper studied the relationship between investment,credit and economic growth based on models of capital allocation efficiency and capital utilization efficiency.The result shows that the supply of credit in Chongqing has promoted capital allocated efficiently,which has supported the industrial upgrading and transformations.However,in certain key projects especially among the new economic growth sectors,capital allocation does not provide enough financial support.This paper proposed some policy suggestions to realize the active transformation and sustainability of economic development in Chongqing.
