摘　　要：目的:探讨微创介入疗法对肾囊肿患者血压及肾功能损伤的影响.方法:选取2013-06/2014-11我院收治的127例肾囊肿患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组和实验组.对照组给予常规手术治疗,实验组同时给予微创介入疗法.结果:微创介入治疗后,两组收缩压、血液中尿素和肌酸酐浓度比较,实验组显著低于对照组.结论:对于肾囊肿患者,微创介入治疗可以显著降低患者的血压,同时还能促进肾功能恢复的进程.AIM： To investigate the effect of minimally invasive interventional therapy on hypertension and renal function in patients with renal cyst. METHODS： A total of 127 patients with renal cyst admitted to our hospital from June 2013 to November2014 were selected and randomly divided into experimental group and control group. The experimental group was given conventional treatment. The control group was treated by minimally invasive interventional therapy in addition to conventional treatment.RESULTS： After minimally invasive interventional therapy,the systolic pressure、urea and creatinine concentration of blood in experimental group were significantly lower than those of control group. CONCLUSION： For patients with renal cyst,minimally invasive interventional therapy can significantly reduce blood pressure,and promote the recovery of renal function of patients.
