摘  要:【目的】分析黄花杓兰菌根真菌菌群组成,为杓兰属植物保育提供参考依据。【方法】分别从滇西北4个野生黄花杓兰居群地采集黄花杓兰菌根样品,用微生物研究方法进行菌根真菌分离、鉴定及菌群分析。【结果】从4个居群黄花杓兰的菌根中分离得到458株真菌,分别属于胶膜菌属(Tulasnella)、伏革菌属(Corticium)、角担菌属(Ceratobasidium)、层孔菌属(Fomes)、毛壳菌属(Chaetomium)和丝核菌属(Rhizoctonia)6个属。其中,胶膜菌属为黄花杓兰菌根真菌菌群的优势菌群,占总菌株数量的46.51%,对黄花杓兰具有一定的寄主专一性特征;不同居群黄花杓兰菌根真菌菌群的组成和优势菌群不同,但其菌群组成有一定的相似性(Cs≥0.61)。【结论】黄花杓兰菌根真菌具有一定的寄主专一性和营养专一性,其优势菌群为胶膜菌属,菌群组成具有相似性。[Objective]The composition of mycorrhizal fungi communities was studied, in order to provide reference basis for cultivation and conservation of Cypffpedium spp. plant. [Method]The mycorrhiza samples of Cypdpedium flavum were collected from 4 wild C. flavum distribution areas of northwest Yunnan. And using microbe research method, the my- corrhizal fungi was isolated and identified, and the composition of its communities was analyzed. [Result]A total of 458 mycorrhizal fungi strains were isolated, and which belonged to six genera viz., Tulasuella, Corticium, Ceratobasidium, Fomes, Chaetomium and Rhizoctonia. Furthermore, the mycorrhizal fungi communities were dominanted by Tulasnella strains accounting for 46.51% of all strains. And Tulasnella strains had host-specificity to C. flavum. The different C. flavum populations had different compositions and dominant mycorrhizal fungi communities. However, the compositions of mycorrhizal fungi communities had a certain similarity (Cs ≥0.61 ). [Conclusion ]The mycorrhizal fungi communities have host-specificity and nutrition-specificity to C. flavum. And Tulasnella was dominant genus and the mycorrhizal fungi communities had higher similarity.
