摘 要:目的:观察养心开郁片对抑郁模型动物行为和血清TGF-β1的影响。方法:动物随机分为6组:空白对照组,模型对照组,阳性药对照组,养心开郁片低、中、高剂量组。采用利血平诱导急性小鼠抑郁模型,研究养心开郁片的抗抑郁作用;采用慢性轻度不可预知性应激+孤养方法造成慢性应激抑郁(CUS)模型,观察养心开郁片对CUS模型大鼠血清TGF-β1含量的影响,研究养心开郁片的抗炎作用。结果:与模型对照组比较,养心开郁片中、高剂量组可显著升高小鼠体温,显著拮抗腹腔注射利血平所引起的运动不能及眼睑下垂(P<0.05或P<0.01);高剂量组还可显著降低模型动物血清中TGF-β1的含量(P<0.05)。结论:养心开郁片具有明显的抗抑郁、抗炎作用,其机制与影响神经系统儿茶酚胺的代谢和降低TGF-β1含量有关。Objective:To observe the effect of Yangxinkaiyu tables on behavior and serum TGF-β1 of animal models of depression. Methods:The rats were randomly divided into 6 groups: normal control group; model control group; positive drug group; Yangxinkaiyu tables groups of low, medium, and high dose. Acute depression model was induced by reserpine to study the anti-depression action of Yangxinkaiyu tables. Chronic stress induced depression model was made by chronic mild unpredictable stress and isolation to observe the effect of Yangxinkaiyu tables on level of serum TGF-β1 with the aim of studying the anti-inflammatory effect of the tablets. Result:Compared with model control group, the medium and high dose of Yangxinkaiyu tables could significantly increase the body temper- ature of the rats and antagonize akinesia and ptosis caused by intraperitoneal injections of reserpine (P〈0.05 or P〈 0.01 );high dose group could significantly decrease the level of serum TGF-β1 in model rats(P〈0.05). Conclusion: Yangxinkaiyu tables, the mechanism of which are related to the metabolism affecting catecholamine of nervous sys- tem and the level of serum TGF-β1, have obvious function of anti-depression and anti-inflammation.
