摘 要:利用价值工程分析法,建立地埋管换热器价值工程分析模型,选取钻孔总长度、出口水温、流动阻力、占地面积、施工便利性作为功能评价指标,基于寿命周期成本,分析单U32、双U25、双U32三种地埋管方案的价值系数,以此来评判各方案的优劣。随着钻井费的增加,单U32、双U25地埋管的价值系数均减小,但变化趋势很小,双U32地埋管的价值系数则呈明显增加趋势;单U32地埋管的价值系数始终小于1,为最差方案;双U25地埋管适用于钻井深度较浅、钻井费较低的场合;双U32在钻井深度较深、钻井费较高的场合更具优势。An analysis model of the ground heat exchangers was developed by the value engineering method. The key factors such as the total length of the borehole, outlet water temperature, flow resistance, footprint, construction convenience and so on were selected as function evaluation index, the value coefficients of three schemes including single-U32, double- U25 and double-U32 are analyzed based on the life-cycle cost to evaluate the pros and cons of various schemes. The value coefficients of both single-U32 and double-U25 reduce with the continuous increase of drilling cost, but the change trend is small, while the value coefficient of double-U32 increases significantly. The value coefficient of single-U32 is always less than 1, which is the worst scheme. The double-U25 applies to the situations where the buried depth is shallower or the drilling cost is lower, which is contrary to the double-U32 configurations.
