药物配合低频脉冲电磁疗治疗老年骨质疏松椎体压缩性骨折疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察药物配合低频脉冲电磁疗治疗老年骨质疏松椎体压缩性骨折的临床疗效。方法:96例随机分为观察组和对照组各48例,两组均用常规西药治疗,观察组加用低频脉冲电磁疗治疗。治疗3个月后,采用疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)和骨密度检查、椎体压缩楔形指数及β-胶原特殊序列水平评价临床疗效。结果:疼痛视觉模拟评分观察组为(1.74±0.81)分、对照组为(4.76±0.71)分,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);桡骨骨密度T值观察组为(-1.65±0.66),对照组为(-2.42±0.60),两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);β-胶原特殊序列降低水平观察组为(1.115±0.084),对照组为(2.110±0.109),两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组椎体压缩改善程度显著大于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:低频脉冲电磁疗应用于老年骨质疏松椎体压缩性骨折早期,可缓解疼痛,改善骨密度,促进骨折愈合。Objective： Senile osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures （ SOVCF ） is one kind of common fractures inelderly patients with osteoporosis, often leading to kyphosis, causing pain and dysfunction.To investigate the efficacy of low-frequency pulse electromagnetic field （ PEMFs ） in treating SOVCF to provide reference for clinical treatment.Methods： 96 patients with SOVCF in our hospital were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group 48 eases in each group.The control group used the oral administration, while the observation group was given and PEMFs.After 2 months of treatment, the visual analogue score （VAS） , bone density examination, vertebral wedge compression index and β- collagen levels were adopted to evaluate the clinical efficacy in the two groups and the occurrence situation of adverse reactions were observed.Results： The total effective rate after treatment was 97.92% in the observation group and 95.83% in the control group; the VAS was （ 1.74 ± 0.81 ） points in the observation groupand （4.76 ± 0.71 ） points in the control group; the T value of radius bone density was （-1.65 ± 0.66 ） in the observation group and （-2.42 ± 0.60 ） in control group, 13-collagen levels were lowered particular sequence （ 1.115 ± 0.084 ） in the observation group and （2.110± 0.109 ） in control group, statistical difference between all of them （P〈0.05） . Conclusion： PEMFs can significantly increase the bone density in the patients with SOVCF and alleviate their pain with good curative effect and good security, which is worthy of clinical promotion promoted in clinic.
