益气活血中药配合西医基础治疗糖尿病足0级疗效观察  

Observation of Therapeutic Effect on Diabetic Foot of 0 Grade Treated by Supplementing Qi and Activating Blood Herbs Combined with Basic Therapy of Western Medicine

摘　　要：目的:观察益气活血中药配合西医基础治疗糖尿病足0级的临床疗效。方法:46例随机分为观察组24例和对照组22例。观察组采用西医基础治疗(控制血糖、改善循环、抗血小板聚集等)加用益气活血中药内服治疗,对照组单用基础治疗。结果:治疗后观察组足背动脉峰值流速明显降低、踝肱指数明显增加。总有效率观察组87.5%、对照组68.2%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:益气活血中药配合西药基础治疗糖尿病足0级优于单纯西医治疗。Objective：To observe the clinical effect on diabetic foot 0 stage treated by Chinese herbs of Tonifying Qi and Promoting blood combined with basic treatment of western medicine. Method：46 patients were divided into observation group（24 patients）and control group（22 patients） randomly. The observation group were administered with basic treatment（controlling glucose,improving blood circulation and resisting platelet aggregation, etc.）and Chinese herbs of Tonifying Qi and Promoting blood while the control group were administered basic treatment. Result：Peak flow velocity of arteriae dorsalis pedis was significantly lower and ABI was significantly higher in observation group than that in control group after the treatment. The total effective rate of observation group was 87.5% while that of the control group was 68.2%. There was significant difference between the two groups（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Combination of Chinese herbs of Tonifying Qi and Promoting blood with basic treatment of western medicine was superior to western medicine only.
