摘 要:采用水热法在碳纤维(CF)模板上原位制备纳米结构Zn O。研究了多巴胺(DA)及尿酸(UA)在Zn O/CF电极上的电化学行为,DA和UA在Zn O/CF电极上均可被电催化氧化;采用微分脉冲伏安法(DPV),DA和UA在Zn O/CF电极上氧化峰可完全分离,且峰电流和对应的UA,DA浓度呈良好的线性关系;DPV氧化电流与DA浓度在0.001~0.04 mmol/L范围内呈线性关系,而与UA浓度在0.05-0.4 mmol/L范围内呈线性关系。Nanostructured zinc oxide (ZnO) has been prepared by hydrothermal etching method strategy with carbon fibers (CF) templates. The as-synthesized ZnO/CF hybrids were used to fabricate microelectrode and exhibited a strong electrocatalytic activity toward the oxidation of dopamine (DA) and uric acid (UA). Besides, the oxidation peaks of DA and UA were completely separated and the peak currents of DA also linearly changed with the increase of UA as well as UA concentration. There were linear relationships between the anodic peak current and the concentration of DA (0. 001 -0. 04 mmol/L) and UA (0. 05 -0. 4 mmol/L) respectively in differential pulse vohammetry. Satisfactory results were obtained in the test of real samples.
