摘　　要：矿产资源补偿费征收管理是国务院赋予国土资源管理部门的一项重要职责,加强征收管理信息化建设为促进规范征收、精细化征收提供了保证。介绍了湖北省矿产资源补偿费在线申报及管理系统设计原理、技术架构、实现功能及便捷性等特征,系统数据库保存的矿产品销售量和价格信息,具有矿业"晴雨表"作用,为国土资源管理部门监测矿业市场行情、监管矿产资源储量消耗、指导资源科学配置、及时做出政策调整等提供了大数据参考。Mineral resources compensation fee＇s collection management is an important responsibility endowed by State Council for the Land and Resource Management Department. Strengthening the information technology of collection and management provides a guarantee for standardized and fine collection. In this paper,the design principles,technical architecture,achievable function and convenience features of mineral resources compensation reporting online and management system in Hubei are introduced. In this system,minerals sales volume and price information play a role of＂barometer＂to mining,which provides a large data reference for Land and Resource Management Department monitoring the mining market,regulating reserves of mineral resources consumption,guiding resource scientific configuration and making timely policy adjustments.
