摘 要:目的从多个方面探讨云南彝族人群人类免疫缺陷病毒(HIV)感染流行情况。方法通过图表形式对玉溪市1995-2011年在册HIV感染者进行分析,了解彝族人群HIV感染情况,结合彝族人群HIV遗传易感性和抗性结果,进行流行情况分析。结果少数民族感染者比例逐年增加,2011年比例已达41.97%,但彝族人群感染比例(10.44%)明显低于其人口构成比(19.60%);两个主要抗性基因CCR2b-64I和SDF1-3'A等位基因频率分别达到0.31和0.34,均明显高于美国黑人和高加索人,特别是CCR2-64I还明显高于彝族(四川凉山)、汉族、黎族、仫佬族;而易感基因CX3CR1-V249I和CX3CR1-T280M等位基因频率仅为0.05和0.07,明显低于高加索人。结论云南彝族人群HIV感染率低于其他少数民族,对HIV感染具有较强抵抗力。Objective Through different facets to analyze the epidemic situation of HIV infection in Yunnan Yi population. Methods The epidemic situation from 1995 to 2011 in Yuxi was analysed to understand the HIV infection situation in Yi population. And the result of SNPs was analysed too. Results The proportion of infector in minority had increased year by year, which had been 41.97% in 2011. The infected proportion of Yi population was 10. 44%, which was lower than its constitution of population. The gene frequency of two important resistant genes CCR2b-64I and SDF1- 3′A were 0. 31 and 0. 34 respectively, which were higher than Caucasian and American black, the gene frequency of CCR2b-64I was especially higher than Yi of Sichuan (Liangshan), HaM, Li, Mulao. On the other hand, the gene frequency of two important predisposing genes CX3CR1-V249I and CX3CR1-T280M were only 0. 05 and 0. 07 respectively, which was lower than Caucasian. Conclusion The infective rate of Yi population in Yunnan was lower than other minority and had stronger protection against infection of HIV.
