广州市梅毒血清抗体检测试剂临床评估分析

摘　　要：目的对广州市医疗机构常用梅毒血清抗体检测试剂功效性进行评价。方法以美国BD公司快速血浆反应素环状卡片试验(RPR)检测试剂和日本富士瑞必欧株式会社的梅毒螺旋体颗粒凝集试验(TPPA)检测试剂作为参比试剂,评估4种非梅毒螺旋体血清抗体和5种梅毒螺旋体血清抗体检测试剂,每种试剂检测梅毒患者血清189例,健康对照30例,比较各试剂的敏感性、特异性和Kappa值。结果 4种非梅毒螺旋体血清抗体检测试剂和5种梅毒螺旋体血清抗体检测试剂与参比试剂相比,敏感性、特异性均大于95%,Kappa值均大于0.90,一致性好。结论广州市医疗机构选用试剂性能较好,试剂评估需每年坚持。Objective To investigate syphilitic spirochaeta antibody test kit from different manufacturers. Methods The sensitivity, specificity, and Kappa values were compared between 4 kinds of non-syphilitic spirochaeta serum antibody test kit and a reference reagent [ US BD＇s rapid plasma reagin test （RPR） kit] , and 5 kinds of syphilitic spiroehaeta serum antibody test kit and other reference reagent [ Fuji treponema pallidum particle agglutination test （TPPA） kit ]. Results As four kinds of non-syphilitic spirochaeta serum antibody reagents and five kinds of syphilitic spirochaeta serum antibody detection reagent compared to its reference reagent, the sensitivity and specificity were greater than 95% , and Kappa values were greater than 0. 90, which displayed good consistency. Conclusion The study shows that syphilis serologic assays is better. Evaluation of reagents should be done annually.
