润燥止痒胶囊联合依匹斯汀胶囊治疗老年瘙痒症49例临床观察

摘　　要：目的评价润燥止痒胶囊联合依匹斯汀胶囊治疗老年瘙痒症的临床疗效和安全性。方法将入选的98例老年瘙痒症患者随机分成两组,各49例,均予甘油薄荷擦剂适量外擦患处,润燥止痒胶囊2.0g口服,均3次/d。治疗组同时每晚还予依匹斯汀胶囊10mg口服,治疗4周后判定疗效。结果治疗组有效率为75.51%,对照组为48.98%,皮肤病生活质量指数和临床症状评分结果显示,治疗组比对照组显著降低,且以上差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。两组未出现明显不良反应。结论润燥止痒胶囊联合依匹斯汀胶囊治疗老年瘙痒症效果显著。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Runzaozhiyang capsule combined with epinastine capsule in treatment of senile pruritus. Methods Ninety-eight cases of senile pruritus were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. Two groups were treated with external application of glycerol mint liniment and 2. 0g Runzaozhiyang capsules three times a day. The 49 cases of treatment group with the same scheme plus 10mg epinastine capsule once orally every night. Four weeks of medication for both groups. Results The effective rate in treatment group was 75.51% , the control group was 48.98%. DLQI and clinical symptom score in treatment group was significantly reduced. There was significant difference between the two groups（P 〈 0. 05）. No serious adverse reactions were found. Conclusion Runzaozhiyang capsule combined with epinastine capsule can treat senile pruritus effectively and safely.
