感毒清咽痛方配方颗粒与中药饮片临床疗效对比观察

摘　　要：目的:通过对感毒清咽痛方配方颗粒与中药饮片在临床上的疗效进行分析比较。方法:选取普通感冒咽痛患者(正虚感毒证)40例,随机分为两组各20例。观察组采用配方颗粒,对照组采用中药饮片,比较两组患者在临床上的治疗效果。结果:两组患者经治疗后,观察组总有效率为85%,对照组总有效率为95%,两组之间(P>0.05)无统计学意义。结论:感毒清咽痛方能够通过缓解感冒的各种症状,尤其是咽痛、乏力等达到治疗普通感冒的作用。感毒清咽痛方配方颗粒与中药饮片在此次临床疗效观察中疗效相同。Objective： To analyze and compare the clinical therapeutic effects of Ganduqing Yantong Recipe in TCM formula granule or in herbal decoction pieces. Methods： 40patients with common cold sore throat were randomly and equally divided into two groups, who were manifesting a healthy-Qi asthenia and pathogenic toxin invasion syndrome. The observation group was given TCM formula granule, the controlled group was given herbal decoction pieces, then the clinical curative effects were compared be- tween the two groups of patients. Results： After treatment, the total efficiency of the observation group was 85% , and the con- trolled group was 95%. The two groups were no statistical significance （P〉0. 05 ）. Conclusion： Ganduqing Yantong Recipe helps alleviate the various symptoms of common cold, especially sore throat and fatigue, to cure common cold. The observation shows similar efficacy of TCM formula granule and herbal decoction pieces to treat common cold.
