小柴胡汤加减治疗过敏性鼻炎临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的：观察小柴胡汤加减治疗过敏性鼻炎的临床疗效。方法：我院2012年6月~2014年6月诊治的过敏性鼻炎患者104例,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组。观察组患者给予小柴胡汤加减治疗,对照组给予盐酸氮卓斯汀鼻喷剂喷鼻,观察两组患者治疗1个疗程后的临床治疗效果、不良反应发生率及其复发率。结果：观察组治疗有效率为92.31%,对照组治疗有效率为76.92%,观察组明显高于对照组,两组比较有统计学差异（P〈0.05）。观察组的不良反应发生率为11.54%,对照组的不良反应发生率为23.08%,观察组明显低于对照组,但两组比较无统计学差异（P〉0.05）。结论：加减小柴胡汤治疗过敏性鼻炎具有临床疗效好、不良反应少、复发率低等优点,值得临床推广使用。Objective： to observe and subtract small bupleurum decoction in the treatment of allergic rhinitis curative effect, provided the scientific basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment of allergic rhinitis. Methods： from June 2012to June 2014treated 104cases of allergic rhinitis patients, according to random number table method was divided into observation group and control group, 52cases in each group. Observation group patients give small bupleurum tonga subtraction treatment, control group given azelastine hydrochloride nasal spray nasal spray, observe two groups of patients after a period of treatment effect of clinical treat- ment, the incidence of adverse reactions and the recurrence rate. Results： observation group treatment effective rate of 92. 31%, the control group treatment effective rate was 76. 92%, the observation group is significantly higher than the control group, two groups are statistically significant （P〈 0. 05）. Observation group the incidence of adverse reactions was 11.54%, the incidence of adverse reactions was 23.08% in the control group and observation group significantly lower than the control group, but no statisti- cal difference was found between two groups （P〉 0. 05）. Conclusion： add and subtract small bupleurum decoction treatment of al- lergic rhinitis has good elinieal curative effect, less adverse reaction, and low recurrence rate, worthy of clinical promotion use.
