隔盐灸治疗良性前列腺增生症50例临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察隔盐灸治疗良性前列腺增生症(BPH)的疗效和安全性。方法:将100例BPH随机分成治疗和对照两组,治疗组患者采用隔盐灸治疗,每日1次;对照组患者非那雄胺5mg,每日1次,用药期间不做其他治疗。检测和评判连续3月的临床疗效。结果:治疗组总有效率78.0%,总显效率42.0%;对照组总有效率70.0%,总显效率为20.0%,差异有显著性(P<0.05);治疗组在改善患者的主要症状、降低I-PSS分值和改善患者生活质量指数等方面,疗效优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组在提高最大尿流率、降低残余尿量疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组在前列腺体积、前列腺特异性抗原PSA下降幅度方面无显著差异(P>0.05);两组肝、肾功,血、尿常规,血压,心电图等指标均未见有明显的变化。结论:隔盐灸对BPH具有显著的疗效,且安全无明显毒副反应。Objective： To observe the efficacy and safety of using moxibustion onsah in the treatment of benign prostatic hy- perplasia （BPH）. Methods： 100patients with BPH were randomly divided into two groups. Patients in curative group （n=50） were given moxibustion on salt, and patients in controlled group （n = 50） were given orally Finasteride Tablets （1 piece, qd） re- spectively for 3months. And then the international prostatic symptom score, life quality index, prostate volume, maximum flow rate of urine and residual urine in bladder etc. were detected before and after treatment in the two groups. Results ： The total ef- fective rate and the total significant effective rate were 78. 0% and 42. 0% respectively in the curative group, while being 70. 0% and 20. 0% in the controlled group respectively, in which there was significant difference between the two groups （P〈O. 05）. The curative group was notably better than the controlled group in the aspects of improving the main symptoms, raising maximum flow rate of urine, reducing residual urine volume in bladder, prostatic specific antigen （PSA） in serum and the value of Interna- tional prostate symptom score （I-PSS） in patients （P〈0. 05）. There were no significant differences in the liver and kidney function, blood and urinary routine, blood pressure, Electro-Cardio-Gram （ECG）. Conclusion： The therapeutic effect of moxi- bustion on salt on BPH was satisfactory with no serious toxicity and side effects.
