摘　　要：目的:观察中药涂擦按摩复位法结合游走罐治疗胸椎小关节紊乱的临床疗效。方法:对运用中药涂擦按摩复位法结合游走罐治疗的78例胸椎小关节紊乱的患者进行随访,对治疗前、后不同时段的临床症状和体征进行评分,按公认的评价表进行疗效评估。结果:经上述方法治疗后,78例患者第1次治疗、第3次治疗、第6次治疗后临床症状量化评分显著降低,第1次治疗、第3次治疗、第6次治疗后治愈率分别为33.3%、73.1%、88.5%,有效率分别为94.9%、98.7%、100%。结论:中药涂擦按摩复位法结合游走罐治疗胸椎小关节紊乱疗效显著。Aim： To explore the curative effects of small joint disorder of thoracic vertebra treated with traditional Chinese medicine ointment and manual reduction combined with moving cup. Methods ： Seventy-eight patients with small joint disorder of thoracic vertebra treated with traditional Chinese medicine ointment and manual reduction combined with moving cup were fol- lowed up. Different period clinical symptoms and signs were scored before and after treating. Clinical therapeutic effects were as- sessed according to acknowledged Evaluation Form. Results： Clinical symptoms and signs score of Seventy-eight patients were significantly reduced. After the first, the second, the sixth treating, the cure rate was 33.3%, 73. 1%, 88. 5%, the effi- ciency was 94. 9%, 98.7%, 100%. Conclusion： The curative effects of small joint disorder of thoracic vertebra treated with traditional Chinese medicine ointment and manual reduction combined with moving cup are significant.
