经络点穴配合耳穴贴压对单纯性肥胖儿童血清胰岛素水平高敏C反应蛋白及治疗效果的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察经络点穴配合耳穴贴压对单纯性肥胖儿童血清胰岛素(INS)水平、高敏C反应蛋白(hsCRP)的影响。方法:选择98例在我院就诊的单纯性肥胖儿童为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为观察组(52例)与对照组(46)例,两组儿童均给予饮食、运动干预,在此基础上,观察组实施经络点穴配合耳穴贴压治疗,比较两组儿童治疗前后血清INS、hs-CRP及治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗效果明显高于对照组;体重、BMI均明显低于对照组;血清INS、hs-CRP明显低于对照组。结论:经络点穴配合耳穴贴压治疗有助于降低血清胰岛素及高敏C反应蛋白水平,提高治疗效果。Objective： To study the effect of meridian acupuncture combined with auricular plaster on INF, hs-CRP and therapeutic effect of simple obesity children. Methods： 98cases simple obesity children were divided into observation group （52cases） and controlled group （46cases） , two groups children given diet and exercise intervention, the observation group com- bined with meridian acupuncture and auricular plaster, serum INS, hs-CRP and therapeutic effects were compared between two groups. Results ： The curative effect of the observation group was significantly higher than the controlled group ; body weight and BMI were significantly lower than the controlled group; serum INS, hs-CRP were significantly lower than the controlled group. Conclusion： Meridian acupuncture combined with auricular piaster helps to improve serum INS and hs-CRP level, improve the effect of treatment.
