耳穴埋豆配合健康教育治疗老年高血压患者功能性便秘的疗效与卫生经济学比较观察

摘　　要：目的:比较耳穴埋豆治疗老年高血压患者功能性便秘的疗效与卫生经济学。方法:将64例患者随机分为治疗组(n=32例)、对照组(n=32例),治疗组采取耳穴埋豆治疗,对照组采取口服福松治疗:10g,bid。结果:两组患者中医症状体征积分各项目及总分在治疗后均有显著改善(P<0.01);治疗后治疗组在便次、排便间隔及腹胀两方面的改善优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后治疗组在使用泻药及总分两方面的改善显著优于对照组(P<0.01)。中医证候疗效方面,治疗组治愈率及愈显率均显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。治疗组比对照组所需成本低。讨论:耳穴埋豆治疗老年高血压患者功能性便秘,疗效安全可靠,治疗成本低,操作简单易学。Objective ： To compare the curative effect and health economics of ear acupuncture point buries bean treatment of elderly hypertensive patients with functional constipation. Methods： 64patients were randomly divided into treatment group （n = 32cases）, controlled group （n = 32cases）, the treatment group was given auricular buried bean treatment, the controlled group orally took Forlax： lOg, bid. Results： The patients in the two groups of TCM symptoms and signs of each item and the total score points were significantly improved after treatment （P〈0. 01 ） ; the treatment group in two aspects was time, defecation interval and abdominal distension and better than the controlled group （P〈O. 05 ） ; the treatment group in two aspects using laxatives and score improved significantly better than the controlled group （P〈0. 01 ）. TCM syndrome efficacy, the treatment group cure rate and markedly effective rate was significantly higher than that of the controlled group （P〈0.01）. The treatment group was lower in cost than the controlled group. Conclusion： The curative effect is safe and reliable that elderly hypertensive patients with func- tional constipation is treated with ear acupuncture point buries bean, with low treatment cost, easy and simple operation.
