品管圈在降低免疫标本复检率中的应用

摘　　要：目的降低免疫标本的复检率。方法通过主题选定、现状调查、目标设定,原因分析,要因确定等,圈员共同拟定相应对策并按计划实施,比较活动前后免疫标本复检率,从而确认活动效果,制定标准规范程序。结果通过开展品管圈活动,有效的降低了免疫标本的复检率,由活动前的平均50例/天降低到28.5例/天。结论品管圈的推行,降低了免疫标本的复检率,使工作流程更加优化,提高了科室人员发现问题、分析问题和解决问题的能力。Objective To reduce the re-test rate of immune specimens by using quality control circle activity. Methods By selecting theme, making the activity plan, and analyzing the present situation to find the influencing factors. After analyzing the influencing factors, the corresponding methods were proposed and performed. Results By performing the quality control circle activity, the re-test rate of immune specimens were effectively reduced. The re-test rate was decreased to 28.5 samples per day from 50 samples per days before. Conclusion The quality control circle could be used not only to reduce the re-test rate of immune samples, but also improve the detection procedure and the ability of exploring, analyze and Solve problems.
