摘  要:针对厚料层烧结工艺普遍存在的料层上部热量不足、下部热量过剩,导致的烧结矿下部过熔和残碳剩余过多以及返矿比例过大问题,通过烧结杯实验,研究了在烧结料面配加含碳覆盖剂降低焦粉配加量的效果。实验结果表明,将高炉瓦斯灰经过选矿工艺与钢铁厂生产废料SCZ、SJFK按一定比例配制成覆盖剂,布在烧结厚料层顶部,可以增加料层上部热量并保温,同时减少混匀料的焦粉配比,达到回收利用瓦斯灰、降低焦粉使用量的目的。To solve the problems normal in the thick- materials- layer sintering process: heat not enough in upper layer,heat surplus in lower layer,causing super- fusion in lower part of sinter,too much carbon residue remaining and too large proportion of return fines,the effect is researched of adding carbon- bearing covering agent on sintering materials to reduce coke powder proportioning quantity with sintering pot test. It is showed from the test that to mix the processed blast furnace gas ash,waste materials in iron and steel plant production SCZ,SJFK according to regular proportion to form covering agent and put it on the top of thick sintering materials layer can increase heat in upper part of layer and keep temperature,reduce coke powder ratio in mixing materials and so recover gas ash and reduce coke powder quantity.
