摘  要:动态轻压下技术是解决板坯内部质量缺陷的一种有效方法。针对连铸开浇时刻初始辊缝的精确设置对动态轻压下技术最终实施效果的影响,开发出一种连铸浇钢前基于压力反馈的扇形段辊缝设置方法。该方法能够对连铸开浇时刻初始辊缝进行精确调整,从而确保了动态轻压下技术的有效实施。该方法在三炼钢厂连铸现场稳定运行以来,有效确保了动态轻压下技术的实施效果,提升了铸坯内部质量。据统计,偏析等级被评为C类2.0以下的板坯产量由方法实施前所占板坯总产量的70%提升到方法实施后的100%,该方法在钢铁企业的连铸工序具有很好的推广价值和应用前景。Dynamic soft reduction technology is an effective method to solve the internal quality defects of slab. To the influence of the precise setting of preliminary roll gap at beginning of casting in continuous casting on the last effect of the dynamic soft reducing technology,a method is developed based on pressure feedback to set the segment roll gap before molten steel casting: precisely adjusting the gap to guarantee the technology effectively acted. Since operated in the site,the method improved the internal quality of slab.According to statistics,the output of slab with segregation level belowC- class 2. 0 is raised from 70 to 100 percent in total output after this method carried out. This method has a good spreading and application prospect.
