摘　　要：为适应焊条钢市场变化,宣钢提出了"成分控制是关键,脱氧度、钢水可浇性和铸坯质量控制是核心"的工艺技术改进思路。通过调整冶炼成分和成品判定成分、加强工序关键点控制,改进氧控技术,提高了焊条钢产品质量,满足客户了需求。To adapt the change in welding bar steel market,the process and technique improving thinking of ＂ Key is Composition Control,Core is Deoxidizing Degree,Castability of M olten Steel and Billet Quality Control＂ is proposed in Xuansteel. With adjusting smelting composition and finished products judging composition,strengthening stage key points control,improving oxygen control technique,the welding bar steel quality gets improved,meets the demand of customers.
