摘 要:目的:探讨血管直径及血管内介质密度测量的影响因素及相关性。方法:测量12种不同血管模型的血管直径,将12种不同血管模型置于12种不同介质中测量血管直径及血管内各种介质的CT值,并比较各个测量值与标准值。结果:同种介质中血管模型的VR图像直径随血管内密度增加而增加,二者成正相关;同种密度血管模型的VR图像直径随介质密度的增加而降低,两者呈负相关;同种密度血管模型的CT值时随介质密度的增加而增加,两者呈正相关。结论:血管直径的测量随血管模型内外介质密度增加而逐渐减少,血管模型内介质的CT值测量会随着血管外介质密度的增加而逐渐增加。Objective:To investigate the influence factors and correlation of vascular diameter and blood vessel density of medium density measurement. Methods: 12 different vascular model of vessel diameter measurement,after 12 different vascular models were placed in 12 different media measurement vessels in various media of CT value and vascular diameter;then each measured value and standard value compared. Results:Vascular model in the same medium VR image diameter increased with the vascular density increased,both are positively related ;vascular model of conspecific density VR image diameter with increas- ing the density of medium is gradually reduced,between the two was negatively correlated;vascular model of conspecific density CT value with the increase of medium density gradually increased,between the two there was positive correlation. Conclusion: The measurement of the diameter of the vessels will gradually decreased along with the increase of vascular model of internal and external medium density,medium in the vessel model of CT value measurement with extravascular medium density increased gradually with the increase.
