摘  要:复卷机的交流变频传动控制是当下复卷机电控系统的主流趋势,交流复卷机控制是从直流控制演变而来的。但是交流系统与直流系统的差别,在组成控制系统中却没有引起人们的重视。本文通过对复卷机功率和张力的计算,给出了在给定条件下电机功率的计算依据。又根据复卷机的工作原理,分析了直流电控系统和交流电控系统的区别。通过分析计算指出,当下交流复卷机电控系统在功率配置上存在较大的节能空间。同样的原理,以真空泵的节能控制为例,提出了在造纸电气控制中尚有许多可以实现节能和降低功率配置等值得关注的问题。The AC variable frequency drive control of rewinder is the main trend of electronic control system of rewinder, and the control of them is evolved from DC control. However, it is not attracting people's attention that the difference between AC system and DC system in composition of control system. By calculating of power and tension about rewinder, this article propose the basis of motor power calculation in a set condition. And based on working theory of rewinder, the differences between DC electronic control system and AC electronic control system are analyzed. It indicates that, by calculating and analyzing, electronic control system ofAC rewinder has places to save energy in power configurations. As the same theory, taking the control of energy saving for vacuum pump as examples, some concerned questions are proposed, which can realize energy saving and reduce power configurations in the electronic control of papermaking.
