摘　　要：介绍了高定量箱纸板的生产工艺及技术,系统研究了高定量纸抄造的纸机选型,网前流送系统、真空脱水、干燥及表面施胶等相关技术问题。重点论述了质量控制,包括层间结合、染色、胶黏物控制、耐破度、耐折度的控制等关键性技术问题,并指出了高定量包装纸产品的发展趋势。In this article was introduced the process and technology for high basis weight case papcrboard, in which relative technical problems of paper machine pattern-decision, approach system, vacuum dewatering, drying and surface sizing were systematically studied. The quality control was elaborated including interlayer bonding, dyeing, sticky control and the control of burst and folding endurance, and the developmental tendency for high basis weight wrapping paper products was pointed out.
