摘  要:杭州国际博览中心飘带结构是典型的自由曲面空间结构,对施工安全和施工精度提出了很高的要求,为了了解结构在施工过程中的响应规律,考察施工方案的合理性,对其结构施工过程关键问题进行研究,建立了整体结构施工仿真模型,针对结构的"分条分块吊装方案",对典型吊装单元进行了吊装分析,给出了结构分块吊装过程中吊装单元的力学响应,并给出了吊装建议,对飘带网架拼装方案和结构卸载方案进行了施工全过程模拟,获得了结构施工过程的力学响应规律。分析结果表明,施工过程中结构的最大应力比均在0.3以下,应力比较低,变形均满足规范1/250的控制要求,施工过程中结构处于弹性状态,施工方案合理,研究成果可以为结构施工安全和精度控制提供理论指导。Streamer structure of Hangzhou International Expo Center was a typical free-form surface spatial structure, which proposed high demands on the construction safety and precision. Key issues in construction processes were studied while simulation model of the whole structure was established in order to grasp the response pattern of structure and examine the reasonableness of the construction scheme. Meanwhile, the mechanical properties of standard unit in the lifting process were analyzed, so that recommendations were put forward aiming at the sub-section or sub-block installing construction scheme. Besides, the mechanical response law was obtained by whole process simulation of the grid frame assemble and uninstalling schemes. The results indicated that, in the process of assembling and uninstalling, the maximum stress ratio is less than 0. 3, and deformation can meet the requirements of related specification. Furthermore, structure is in elastic state during the construction, the construction schemes were reliable, which could provide the theoretical guidance of construction safety and precision control.
