摘　　要：绍兴体育场钢结构整体采用管桁架体系,4榀空间张弦主桁架呈"井"字形相互交错布置。工程结构形势复杂、技术要求高、施工难度大。为确保总体施工进度,保证工程质量,降低施工难度,必须采取合理的分段方式和施工方法。主要介绍该体育场巨型大跨度张弦桁架利用履带式起重机先四角后中间,采用分段结合散装进行作业的安装方案及卸载措施。Shaoxing Stadium steel structure applies integrated tubular truss system. Four spatial main truss string were staggered mutually as a Chinese character ＂井＂. The project has a complicated structure, high technical requirement and difficult construction situation. In order to guarantee the project schedule and construction quality, proper subsection pattern and construction method shall be used to lower the construction difficulty. The paper mainly introduces the truss installation method and unloading measurements, that is, the four corners will be firstly lifted and then the center will be lifted both by crawler cranes; and bulk assembled the sub-sections.
