摘 要:河北邯郸客运中心主站结构设有4跨简体斜拉转换结构,每跨内8根斜拉索直接连接悬空钢框架的底层和周边筒体,上部6层悬空钢结构荷载通过斜拉索传递至6个钢筋混凝土简体。斜拉索为大直径Galfan镀层钢绞线索,最大预张力为3792.2kN,单根长度为11.5—24.1m,且索体穿过钢梁和钢柱。根据结构特点,介绍了结构总体施工方案,分析研究了拉索张拉和楼面混凝土浇筑先后顺序及相邻跨斜拉索张拉的相互影响,并进行了结构施工全过程分析。Handan Passenger Transportation Center in Hebei Province was a 4-span concrete core tube and stay cables conversion structure. There were 8 stay cables in each span to connect suspending steel frame and surrounding concrete tubes. The loads of the above 6-layer floating frame were transferred to the 6 concrete tubes by the cables. The stay cables were Galfan coating strands with large diameters and the lengths were between 11.5m to 24. lm. The largest prestressing force was 3 792.2kN. The cables passed through the joints of columns and beams of the steel frame. According to the structural characteristics, this paper introduced the structure general construction plan and carried out analysis on cable tension, sequence of concrete pouring and the interaction of adjacent cable tension. What's more, the whole construction process analysis of the structure was done.
