摘  要:为研究低温弱光对黄瓜幼苗生长过程中矿质元素质量分数的影响,选取耐低温性不同的6份黄瓜材料9504,9506,9507,9511,9514和9517,进行低温弱光处理,白天12℃,晚上8℃,每天光照处理7.5 h,强度为30μmol·(m2·s)-1,约合2 000 lx,共处理14 d。调查其耐低温性及N,P,K,Ca,Fe,Zn等矿质元素的质量分数。结果表明,在常温下各指标差异不显著,经低温弱光处理各指标均差异显著,叶片中K的质量分数上升,其余各指标下降。相关分析表明,黄瓜的耐低温性与K和Zn质量分数的偏相关呈显著正相关。To study the effect of low temperature and light on the content of mineral elements in the process of cucumber seedling growth,six cucumber materials with different low temperature resistance,including 9504,9506,9507,9511,9514 and 9517,were treated with low temperature of 12 /8 ℃ in day / night with 7. 5 h everyday and weak light of 30 μmol·( m2·s)- 1or 2 000 lx in light intensity for 14 days. Low temperature resistance and the content of mineral elements of N,P,K,Ca,Fe,Zn of cucumber seedlings were investigated.The results showed that the differences were not significant at normal temperature,but there were significant differences between every index at low temperature and light. The content of K in leaves increased,while the other characters decreased. Correlation analysis showed that low temperature resistance was significantly positively correlated with the partial correlation of the content of K and Zn.
