摘　　要：本文归纳整理了我国社会信用体系建设的发展历程,分析了西方欧美国家较为成熟的3种社会信用体系建设模式,并在次基础上提出我国应建立由政府发挥组织引导作用、以市场化运作的信用服务机构为建设主体,以个人、企业、地方政府、非盈利组织的信用制度建设为基础,以信用环境优化为条件的社会信用管理体系。This paper summarizes the development course of social credit system in our country, analyzesthree construction modes of social credit system of European and American countries.On this basis,the papersuggests that china＇s social credit management system should be the government- leading model, which isbased on the credit system of individual, enterprise, local government and non-profit organization, market-oper-ation credit service is its main body and credit environment optimization is its conditions.
