健脾活血方联合熊去氧胆酸胶囊治疗原发性胆汁性肝硬化的研究

摘　　要：目的观察健脾活血方联合熊去氧胆酸胶囊治疗原发性胆汁性肝硬化的临床疗效。方法将61例原发性胆汁性肝硬化患者随机分为2组,对照组30例采用熊去氧胆酸胶囊治疗,治疗组31例在对照组的基础上加服健脾活血方,2组疗程均为1年。观察2组治疗前后肝功能指标、肝纤维化指标变化情况及治疗1年后生化应答情况。结果疗程结束后,2组肝功能指标、肝纤维化指标均较治疗前明显改善(P均<0.05),且治疗组改善情况显著优于对照组(P均<0.05);治疗1年后治疗组生化应答率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论健脾活血方联合熊去氧胆酸胶囊治疗原发性胆汁性肝硬化临床疗效好,值得在临床上推广应用。Objective It is to observe the clinical efficacy of Jianpi Huoxue Decocition （JPHXD） combined with ursodeoxycholic acid capsules （UDCAC） in treating patients with primary biliary cirrhosis （PBC）. Methods Totally 61 patients with PBC were randomly divided into 2 groups, 30 cases in the control group were treated with UDCAC only, and 31 cases in the treatment group were treated with JPHXD on basis of the treatment of control group. The treatment course for all was 1 years. The changes of liver function and fibrosis indexes and the biochemical responses situation after treatment for 1 year were observed in two groups. Results After treatment, the indexes of liver function and serum liver fibrosis were improved markedly than before in two groups （ all P 〈 0.05 ） , and the improving of treatment group were significantly higher than those of control group （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; the biochemical response rate of treatment group was better than that of control group after treatment for 1 year （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The clinical curative effective with JPHXD combined UDCAC in the therapy of PBC is good, and worth for clinical promotion.
