摘 要:利用ANSYS分析W形金属密封环的压缩回弹性能和密封性能,得出W形金属密封环的压缩量与压紧力的关系;讨论加卸载过程中合金基体与银层的等效塑性应变分布情况并分析密封机制。通过正交试验,分析壁厚、波高、波峰半径、波谷半径等结构参数对密封环回弹性能和密封性能的影响规律。结果表明:W形环具有高回弹量和良好的自紧密封功能;加载压缩量达到10%时,合金基体的波谷区域开始出现塑性应变;镀银层在加载时的塑性流动,是能够实现密封的必要条件;壁厚和波高是对W形环综合性能影响最主要的参数;波谷半径过大将导致W形环密封性能难以保证,在改进设计中应避免。The compression-resilience and sealing performances of metallic W-ring, equivalent plastic strain distribution of alloy and silver layer, and the sealing mechanism were analyzed by using finite elements software ANSYS.Based on the orthogonal design method, the influences of structure parameters such as the thickness, wave height, crest radius, trough radius on the spring back and sealing performance were discussed. Results show that the metallic W-ring has excellent resilience performance and self-sealing ability.Plastic deformation occurs at wave trough of the alloy substrate firstly when compression ratio is up to 10%.Plastic flow of the silver plating layer in loading process is necessary to the sealing performance.Thiekness and wave height are the main factors influencing the comprehensive performance of the W-ring, and too big trough radius must be avoided in the design of W-ring, for it is difficult to guarantee the performance of W-ring.
