摘 要:通过建立有无考虑气穴影响的椭圆轴承受力模型,应用Fluent模拟分布有无考虑气穴影响的油膜压力分布,分析表明考虑气穴影响时椭圆轴承压力分布结果更合理。分析考虑气穴影响时椭圆轴承在不同轴颈转速和供油压力下压力场分布规律,结果表明:转速越高,椭圆轴承上、下瓦油膜压力和x、y方向的承载力越高;改变供油压力对下瓦油膜压力基本没影响,但上瓦油膜压力和x方向承载力随供油压力增大而增大,y方向承载力随供油压力增大而减小。The elliptic oil-film bearing force models with and without consideration of cavitation effect was estabhshed, and the oil-film pressure distributions of the two models based on software Fluent was compared.Through the comparison, the pressure distribution of elliptic oil-film bearing with consideration of cavitation effect was proved to be more reasonable. The distribution of pressure field at different rotational speed of journal and different oil-supplied pressure was analyzed and compared.The results show that the higher the rotational speed is, the higher the oil-film pressure on the upper and lower pads, as well as the bearing capacity along the x and y direction.The oil-supplied pressure has little influence on oilfilm pressure on the lower pad, however, the higher oil-supplied pressure leads to higher oil-film pressure on the upper pad and higher load-carrying capacity along the x direction, but lower load-carrying capacity along the y direction.
