摘  要:对环烷基基础油的理化性能和摩擦润滑特性进行研究。采用环烷基基础油配制切削油和微乳液2种金属加工液,并对其性能进行分析。结果表明:环烷基基础油由于环烷烃含量高,具有黏度指数低、倾点低、挥发性较高、密度大等特性,非常适合应用于金属加工油液;采用环烷基基础油配制的切削油润滑冷却性好,攻丝扭矩小;采用环烷基基础油配制的微乳液粒径分布均匀集中,产品原液和工作液稳定性好。The physicochemical property and tribological lubrication characteristics of naphthenic base oils were studied. Two kinds of metalworking fluids of micro-emulsion and cutting oils were prepared by using naphthenic base oils, which performance was analyzed.The results show that due to high content of cycloalkanes,naphthenic base oils own the characteristics of low viscosity index and pour point, high volatility and density, and they are very suitable for application in metalworking fluids.The developed naphthenic base cutting oil has good lubrication and cooling performance, and low tapping torque.The particle size distribution of micro-emulsion fluid prepared by naphthenic base oils is uniform and concentrated, and the stability of the product original solution and working fluid is excellent.
