摘  要:以高岭土为主要原料,掺入一定比例的电气石,制备出具有负离子释放功能的微晶玻璃。通过DTA、XRD、SEM等测试技术,探讨了不同的晶化时间对高岭土负离子微晶玻璃的负离子释放量及抗弯强度、抗压强度等力学性能的影响。研究结果表明,随着晶化时间的延长,负离子释放量逐渐减少;抗弯强度和抗压强度则呈现出现先增大后减小的趋势。当晶化时间为90 min时,抗弯抗压强度分别达到最大值。The glass-ceramics with the function of anion release were prepared using kaolin as the main raw material, mixing with certain proportion of tourmaline. The influence of different crystallization time on the function of anion release, bending strength and compressive strength of kaolin glass-ceramics were mainly studied by means of DTA, XRD, SEM and other analytical methods. The results indicate that with the increase of crystallization time, the amount of anion release reduced gradually, while the bending strength and the compressive strength of glass-ceramics showed a trend of firstly rising and then decreasing. The value of bending strength or compressive strength reaches a peak respectively when the crystallization time is 90 minutes.
