摘  要:以无水四氯化锆为锆源,乙醇为氧供体,金属钇粉为稳定剂,DBE为溶剂,采用非水解溶胶-凝胶(NHSG)法制备氧化锆纤维。利用TEM、FE-SEM和XRD等测试方法研究了助纺剂的种类和用量对溶胶可纺性和样品形貌的影响。结果表明:相对老化温度低的聚酯树脂,以老化温度高的环氧树脂作为助纺剂制得的溶胶可纺性更好;环氧树脂用量过多或过少均不利于可纺性溶胶的制备;助纺剂用量为5 wt%时,溶胶可纺性最好,并且可制得表面光滑无裂纹的氧化锆纤维。Zirconia fibers have been prepared via non-hydrolytic sol-gel method(NHSG) using anhydrous zirconium chloride as zirconium source, ethanol as oxygen donor, yttrium powder as stabilizer, dibasic ester(DBE) as solvent. The influence of types and amount of spinning aid on the spinability of the sol and sample morphology was studied by means of TEM、FE-SEM and XRD. The results show that compared with the ethoxyline with a relative lower aging temperature, ethoxyline with a higher aging temperature can make sol to be more spinnable. Too much or too little amount of ethoxyline was not conducive to the preparation of spinnable sol; The spinnability of the sol with 5 wt% of spinning aid is the best and the obtained fibers are smooth without cracks.
