摘 要:以山西铜尾矿为主要原料,SiC为发泡剂,粉末烧结制备了泡沫玻璃材料。利用DTA、XRD、电子万能试验机等分析测试手段,研究了组成及处理工艺对泡沫玻璃结构与性能的影响。结果表明:山西铜尾矿含量减小、SiC含量增大,烧结温度提高,均导致泡沫玻璃体积密度减小,平均孔径增大;山西铜尾矿含量变化对泡沫玻璃晶相种类没有明显影响,石英为主晶相;以60%山西铜尾矿为主料,1%Si C为发泡剂,在1150℃下保温30 min最终制备体积密度为0.22 g/cm3、抗压强度为1.03 MPa、平均孔径为0.33 cm的综合性能最优的泡沫玻璃材料。Foam Glasses were prepared through the powder sintering process using copper ore tailings from Shanxi province as starting material and Si C as foaming agent. The influence of composition and thermal treatment on microstructure and properties of foam glasses were characterized by differential thermal analysis(DTA), X-ray diffraction(XRD) and electronic universal tester. The experimental results show that a decrease in volume density and a increase in average pore size of foam glasses with a decrease in the content of Shanxi copper ore tailings, an increase in SiC content or an increase in sintering temperature. Crystalline phase type of foam glass was barely affected by change of Shanxi copper ore tailings content and quartz was the main crystalline phase. The foam glasses exhibited excellent comprehensive properties such as an apparent density of 0.22 g/cm^3, a compressive strength of 1.03 MPa, and an average pore size of 0.33 cm when using 60% Shanxi copper ore tailings as main raw materials and 1% Si C as gas blowing agent at 1150 ℃ for 30 minutes.
