摘 要:本课题创新地以库不齐沙漠黄沙、菱镁矿和铝矾土为主要原料原位合成堇青石质低膨胀陶瓷材料。通过测试样品的热膨胀系数,吸水率和抗折强度,结合XRD衍射分析和SEM电镜扫描的方法,探讨不同铝矾土加入量对样品的影响。实验结果表明:过多的加入铝矾土对降低样品的热膨胀系数不利,当铝矾土加入量为30%时,热膨胀性能最好,其热膨胀系数为3.61×10-6/℃。通过XRD和SEM分析结果可知,这主要是由于该样品主晶相为堇青石,还有少量的镁铝尖晶石,同时样品内部含有少量气孔和玻璃相所致。The low expansion cordierite ceramic materials were prepared by in-situ synthesis method using Ku Bu Qi desert sands, magnesite and bauxite as main material. The influence of bauxite content on the samples was investigated by the characterization of thermal expansion coefficient, water absorption and the flexural strength combined with the XRD and SEM analysis. The experimental results show that excessive addition of bauxite was negative to reduce the thermal expansion coefficient. The thermal expansion coefficient of the sample reaches a minimum value of 3.61×10^-6/℃when the addition of bauxite was 30%. According to the analysis of XRD and SEM, this is attributed to the reasons that the main phase of the sample is cordierite and a small amount of magnesium aluminate spine phase in the sample, moreover there were a small amount of pores and glass phases in it.
