流产后关爱服务对门诊流产女性术后避孕与意外妊娠的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨流产后关爱服务对门诊流产女性术后避孕与意外妊娠的影响。方法:将门诊行人工流产的1 200例患者随机分为观察组和对照组各600例,对照组在门诊人工流产术后给予常规护理干预,观察组在对照组护理基础上给予流产后关爱服务。比较两组患者流产前后避孕率变化、避孕方法选择情况,护理满意度及流产后1年内意外妊娠率。结果:观察组流产后避孕率高于术前及对照组(P<0.05),其中选择高效避孕方法比例显著高于对照组(P<0.05);护理总满意率高于对照组(P<0.05),术后1年内意外妊娠率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对门诊人工流产女性进行流产后关爱干预能够有效减少患者意外妊娠发生,降低重复流产率,提高护理满意度,值得临床推广应用。Objective：To explore the effect of kind care service on contraception and unintended pregnancy in women after abortion. Methods ：the original outpatient abortion 1200 women who underwent induced abortion in clinic were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group { 600 cases in each group}. The women in the control group were given routine nursing intervention after in- duced abortion and the women in the observation group were given kind care services after induced abortion. The change of contraception rate, choice of contraceptive method, satisfaction rate of nursing care before and after abortion and the unintended pregnancy rate after abor- tion for one year were compared between the two groups. Results：The contraception rate was significantly higher after abortion than that be- fore abortion and it was higher in the observation group than the control group { P 〈 0.05 } ; the percentage of choice of high effective con- traception was significantly higher in the observation group than the control group （ P 〈 0.05 } ; the total satisfactory rate of nursing care was significantly higher in the observation group than the control group （ P 〈 O. 05 } ; the rate of unintended pregnancy within one year after a- bortion was significantly lower in the observation group than the control group { P 〈 0.05 }. Conclusion ： The kind care service and nursing intervention can effectively reduce the incidence of accidental pregnancy and the rate of repeated abortion and improve satisfaction rate of nursing care.
