治霾背景下物流业能耗效应研究  被引量:1

摘  要:在提出物流业能源需求函数、能源产出增长率函数、能源依赖理论的基础上,从能耗效应等角度构建了影响物流发展的计量模型。结果表明:物流业能耗效应的当期影响和滞后影响同时存在,为减少能源依赖以促进治霾,可大力推广电动叉车、电动搬运车、电动汽车应用于物流业中。为促进物流业发展,也应同时大力发展进出口贸易、提升邮政服务能力。建议各地方政府在发展物流业时,应提升物流业的能源效率,摒弃粗放式以消耗大量能源为代价的发展模式,减少其对能源的依赖,为治霾做出贡献。通过政策引导和扶持,促使物流业朝低能耗、低碳化方向发展。This paper proposed the energy demand function,energy output growth rate function and energy dependence theory of the logistics industry. Based on the theories,it constructed an econometric model from the perspective of the energy consumption effect which put an influence on logistics development. Results showed that the current and the lagging effect of energy consumption existed at the same time,in order to reduce energy dependence and promote the treatment of haze,the electric forklifts,electric pallet trucks,electric vehicles can be popularized to use in the logistics industry. In order to promote the development of the logistics industry,import and export trade and postal business ability also can be improved. Developing the logistics industry,the local government should paid more attention to the energy efficiency,and abandon the extensive type with the energy consumption mode of development for the cost to reduce the energy dependence and reduce the "contribution to the haze".
