摘  要:通过同质样本和异质样本的数据调查,研究了中国文化情境下劳动者工作价值取向(WO)的结构及影响。在此基础上以劳动者整体工作满意度(OJS)及主观幸福感(SWB)为结果变量分析WO的影响。结果表明:中国情境下劳动者WO结构包括呼唤取向、职业取向与谋生取向三个维度,其中呼唤取向内涵与西方差异较大;对于同质样本,WO三维度对OJS和SWB的影响均为正,且呼唤取向的影响程度依次大于职业取向与谋生取向;对于异质样本,谋生取向对OJS和SWB的负向影响不显著,而呼唤取向与职业取向对它们的影响均为正,且前者的影响程度大于后者。This paper discussed structure and measurement of work orientation( WO) in Chinese cultural context. Homogeneous sample and heterogeneous samples are followed-up to test the measurement questionnaire of WO and its impact on overall job satisfaction and subjective welling of workers. Results showed that,firstly,the dimensional structure of WO in Chinese cultural context includes job orientation,career orientation and calling orientation,which the three-dimensional structure of the degree of content is very different with that of West; secondly,for homogeneous sample,the impacts of WO on OJS and SWB are positive,and degree of influence of calling orientation were greater than that of job orientation and career orientation;thirdly,for heterogeneous sample,the impacts of job orientation on OJS and SWB are negative,but the impacts of calling orientation and career orientation on them,and the degree of influence is greater than that of career orientation.
