摘 要:研究盐度变化对暗纹东方鲀幼鱼鳃和肝组织中Na^+/K^+-ATP酶活力的影响,结果表明:对照组和处理组暗纹东方鲀幼鱼成活率均为100%;在对照与盐度8、18处理中,幼鱼鳃组织的Na^+/K^+-ATP酶活力维持在较低水平,且具有显著差异;盐度改变对鳃和肝脏两种组织Na^+/K^+-ATP酶活力的影响有明显差异。试验结果表明暗纹东方鲀对盐度变化有较强的适应能力,能较好地适应盐度18以下的养殖水环境。Effects of salinity change on the Na+/K + - ATP enzymatic activity of gills and liver tissue in juvenile of taking- fugu obscures were studied. The results showed that the survival rate was 100% both for the control group and treatment group. The Na+/K+ -ATP enzymatic activity in gills was at a lower level in the treatment of control and 8 or 18 salinity treatments, and showed significant difference. The effect of salinity change on the Na+ / K+ - ATP enzymatic activity of gills and liver tissue had obvious difference, which showed that takingfugu obscures had the strong ability to adapt to salinity changes and could well adapt to the cuhure water environment with salinity below 18.
