摘　　要：On the basis of scientific practice,Marx scientifically illustrated the three phases of human development,and put forward that"individual character"is the highest stage of development.He correctly revealed the man's all-round development thought and implementation approach.As a theoretical source and logical starting point,Lenin combined it with real life.On the one hand,Lenin developed Marx's people theory into a more specific"overall development of individuals"generally,and improved the practical level;on the other hand,he self-consciously implemented the thought in practice so that Marxist theory was pushed to a higher new state.On the basis of scientific practice, Marx scientifically illustrated the three phases of human development, and put forward that ＂individual character＂ is the highest stage of de- velopment.
