物流与供应链金融研究趋势分析:基于“主题-理论-方法”的三重视角

摘　　要：物流与供应链金融是近年来出现的一种新的经营模式。在这种模式下,物流以及供应链管理与金融有机地整合在一起,形成了一种跨行业的、涉及多方主体参与的新型业态。由于物流与供应链金融触及一个以往在物流与供应链管理中较少关注的问题:资金流,这使得物流与供应链金融现象在物流与供应链管理领域里,到目前为止还未能像物流和信息流一样得到充分认识。这种状况不仅影响到物流与供应链金融知识体系的完善,同时也不能有效地指导实践活动。为了更好地理解这一现象及其知识形成与发展,笔者运用内容分析法,对过去11年(2004—2014)发表在国内重要学术期刊上的159篇物流与供应链金融的文献进行了科学、系统的分析。研究结果表明:物流与供应链金融这一现象为物流与供应链管理学术界提出了新的研究问题,开拓了新的研究领域,揭示了新的研究方法。但从研究状况来说,这一领域仍在演进中,尚未达到成熟期。从目前来看,无论就主题、理论以及方法来说,都具有很大的研究空间,值得学者们进一步探索。Logistics and supply chain finance is a new business model whereby logistics and SCM are integrated with finance activities with multiple organizations involved. As logistics and supply chain finance is concerned with the capital flow within a supply chain,an area neglected often in past supply chain management（ SCM） practices,it has not been well recognized as with material flow and information flow. To a large extent,this is unfavorable to the advancement of the body of knowledge and the improvement of the practices as well. In order to provide a better understanding of this phenomenon and the knowledge established,the paper systematically investigates 159 articles concerning logistics and supply chain finance,which were identified from the top Chinese journals（ CSSCI） during the 2004-2014 timeframe. Based upon a well-structured content analysis,the research reveals that the emerging logistics and supply chain finance phenomenon has proposed new research inquires for academics. However,the area is still developing. The potential opportunities pertaining to subject matters,theoretical grounds and methodological approach can be further exploited in the future.
