摘　　要：介绍了"高铁新城"的概念及特征,结合哈尔滨西客站周边地区的建设规划实例,分析了城市空间的发展模式,从"圈层"拓展特性、阶梯式畅通交通系统、空间的弹性与生态性等方面,阐述了圈层模式的构建方式,旨在寻求出一种具有普通适用性的"高铁新城"空间发展模式。With an introduction on the concept and characteristics of＂HSR new town＂,combining with construction planning examples of Harbin west passenger station area,the paper analyzes urban spatial development modes,and describes circle-layout mode construction methods from aspects of＂circle-layout＂extension features,step-style smooth traffic system,spatial elastic and ecology,with a view to seek ＂HSR new town＂spatial development mode with certain adaptability.
